Responses via email came from [email protected] tracking was provided once we initiated an inquiry but product was never received. They sent a toy screw driver (~$.50 value) and when this was addressed by us they offered a 15% refund for sending the wrong item if we replied, and then communication went cold. Emails now bounce.
