Never received either package. Below is some email context with their "customer service" though the email link on their webpage differs from that on the confirmation email i recieved. The email listed on the webpage comes back undeliverable. I have screenshots of all context and details of order placed.
I sent this message to the email address listed at the bottom of my order confirmation email. ( [email protected] ).
I placed an order on April 29th and paid for Standard shipping (5-7 business days).
Its now May 11th and I still haven't received it. Wondering where it is and how much longer its going to be?

I have been and will continue to wait patiently for my package. However I would like to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the transportation time frame. Your website very clearly states shipping is 5-7 business days. I have included a screenshot of my confirmation to show this. Based on that I was expecting my pack to arrive by May 9th, now you're telling me my package may not arrive till May 26th?

* Upon looking back at your website to look at shipping times, I noticed it stated a completely different email address for customer support. The shipping information listed on your website is completely different from that of what this response is indicating. Along with the fact that your website states packages are shipped from California. My tracking information shows it was shipped to California from Shenzhen, and still waiting for it to be shipped to me.. Your Website also claims shipping is free on orders over $59 (I bought 2 Mystery boxes 1-$29.99 and 1- $39.99) so why was i charged $10.95 for shipping?
