We are sorry for the questions, it's just that we prefer a caring family, as the answers would help us to determine if your home would be the best place for Luna as all we need is just a new loving and caring home for her.
We would also like to let you know that we do NOT place any of our puppies in homes that will practice unprofessional breeding for money making with little or no love and care given to them. All our puppies are re-homed for PET PURPOSES ONLY. So as long as you can make us understand that you will share the love in your home with Luna we will consider placing her into your home.

Luna will be the perfect and loving puppy that will shower your home with much joy and happiness. She is current on all her shots,Vet-checked & 100% Healthy, de-wormed, house and potty trained. She is very good with kids and other pets. As far as shipping it will take 3-8 hours on a direct flight with our pet delivery partners. We ship puppies by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.These airlines are very experienced in animal shipping. They take excellent care using experienced pet sitters while they maintain strict guidelines assuring the safety of your puppy. Luna will also be very comfortable during the flight because she will have some play toys, blankets and food stuffs.We will need your full shipping and delivery information which we will use in registering her for the delivery.

I let them know my bank kept cancelling the pmt. They then sent me this There’s an issue with my wife’s zelle. Her bank just called her. So cancel the payment and send it to my son’s zelle account. Here is his zelle information-

I paid the money and they stated they received it and will ship out the puppy. I kept asking for a receipt and the contract that the puppy was going to be shipped and they kept saying they would send once they ship the puppy out the next day. I then got one last email from them: Hello,
I have registered your puppy already and the shippers will email you soon with a confirmation of reservation and for you to also confirm the shipping address. Also, you need to rent a travel crate from the shipping company which is an Airline Kennel Approved Crate & pay a caution fee which is 100% refundable upon the arrival of your puppy today. Its the responsibility of the owner to handle that and I have told them to contact you directly so that you can rent a new crate pay the caution fee as usual.
All the change of ownership papers, sales agreement showing you're the new owner of the puppy has been handed over to them. I have an appointment and I will not be around but if you have any question please leave me a message via email and I will reply back later once I get back home.

Before I move forward I asked for the paperwork yet again and also pictures/videos showing they had the puppy and their reply was:
We will send you pictures of the puppy before she boards the plane in her new crate and we can also send a 30 second video as well but we can take any pictures now because we have other pets in the facility and for security and private reasons, no recording is allowed. As soon as she gets the new crate, she will be shipped out. Attached is a video of her going through crate checkup to make sure she gets a comfortable crate.
I let them know since I have no evidence that they have the puppy I will not be sending any additional money and I would be reporting the company. I received this reply back : FlyClouds Shippers

My reply was I wanted to meet the puppy in person and the person ghosted me for 3 days then said I can fly out today. Then ghosted me, again. My last email was to ask for his physical address. Still waiting.
