Never shipped the puppies and keep asking for money.

We had paid for puppy to be sent to us. After we paid for the puppy. We then was told that we need to rent a dog crate for him to get to us safe. Then after we had paid for rental of the crate. We then was told a few hours later that we need to pay travel insurance for the pup to be able to get on his next flight. He wanted 1400 dollars for the travel insurance. When we didn’t pay it. We requested our money to be refunded and he said he would refund our money once he got his pup back.
