We are recruiting personnel for our new branches in several cities now.
Due to the large number of new candidates and based on the experience that we have gained over the past 5 months, the company management decided not to conduct an interview until the signing of the “Labor Agreement” for several reasons:
- Too much big expense of human resources (operators).
- Negligent attitude of potential candidates to opportunities.
- Further ineffective of a potential candidate.
- The interview contains some details of the training, it is inappropriate to tell this to non-interested people.
- The decline in efficiency.
