Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

They sent me a renewal invoice on my computer program purchased in 2022, I indicated I didn’t want the renewal as stated so before. They charged my account, then offered to reverse the charge and give me the renewal for free since I’m 64. They downloaded programs and gained access by remote control. Then stated an error occurred where I was given $4000 to my bank account and so they made it appeared to be on the bank account website which they indicated they couldn’t change and indicated I buy 7 Apple gift cards with $500 on each of them so they could be refunded. I did so trusting the company, then changed my mind and called the bank and Apple to try and reverse. Apple was able to save 1 gift card of $500 and $220 on another. I do have an open case but wanted to add information.
