I was checking my email and I clicked on one of messages. Then all of sudden this website came up that said I couldn't shut down my computer and it kept saying my computer was in danger, and I couldn't shut it down or do anything until I call this number, which was 1(844)677-1346. I closed my computer and then opened backed up, and the message was still there. So I called the number and didn't get no answer, but then this man name Mark called me back. The message finally went off and I said I don't need him but he persisted., and he me that hackers were all in my computer, I really was convinced he was an legit agent. He used product APLEMIX, got my bank card and my Driver's License Information and he also had me to go get Apple cards for payment to stop the hackers on my phone or my would be blocked, and I couldn't use he said the hackers knew my location. I became a Victim of Fraudulent. I am so mad and hurt that someone would take advantage and impersonate an agent.
