My boyfriend Zachary Norman tried to order me a hoodie from this company. It's based in Hong Kong and there is no phone number listed on their website, just a physical address and email address that doesn't respond to any of our attempts to reach out and see why the order was canceled, as we DID NOT request to have the order canceled and pur payment was still taken out of the bank account and not refunded/voided nor has any response has been received on our end as of March 2nd, 2023. It says the order was canceled by us on February 23rd, 2023 and our payment was voided but it was removed from zachs account and has not been returned and the retailer is not responding to emails.
