My senior parents were taking advantage from this company. They were told the unit that was installed had a life warranty. It's not broken down twice. They been without hot water for almost 3 weeks now they are saying the warranty is not valid because of where the unit was placed, which was decided by the technician. The company gives their address they only have a P.O Box and every time I make an attempt to call I am told someone will return my call. The receptionist is so rude and never wants to help and gives me the run around. I have asked multiple times for a supervisor to call me and never does.
