I order medication thru this lady.I paid with my daughter's Zelle and received tracking number. In a few hours I got email from shipping company that I am also responsible for mandatory 1,000 insurance that could only be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay. The lady could not provide me with invoice claiming that she was away, shipping company could not provide me with proof of mandatory insurance policy and their terms and conditions could not be accessed on the website. I was sent payment information to a private person gmail account for Zelle and phone CT area code phone number for Apple Pay. I was sent proof of 300.00 payment to someone's PayPal account. Nothing looked it was sent to business account. Shipping company kept ignoring my numerous requests to provide me with their legal name or phone number. I asked to be refunded because it felt like scam, but they stopped answering. I let them know that I am going to report them but they did not care much.
