The company contacted me to complete a project for $1,550. After submitting the completed work, they claimed the payment was “pending” and requested additional steps, including payment of $70 as a refundable linking fee.

• They also requested personal information (e.g., photos, date of birth) under the guise of “linking my account.”

• They sent screenshots claiming the payment was processed but never provided actual proof of payment
