I ordered two king protea plants from this company's website on September 25th. When I did not receive the plants, I contacted them via their online contact form as well as via email. Some days later, I received a response from a suspicious sounding name, Al Bundy, saying they thought the order had shipped and they would make sure I would receive my order. I never got the plants. I emailed them again and I have not heard anything back. I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company but I do want to warn other customers about this.
