I submitted my CC # to cover the postage for a FREE TRIAL. I was then billed $303.79 for the full size product on my CC account. The following month I received another charge on my account for another 303.79 which I did not request. When I contacted Rare Refinerys for an explanation they stated that they could not find any account with my name postal code, email address or phone number and that they could not help me. I then called a company called Alpha-Titan Products and they also said they could not locate an account with my name on it. My request to speak to a Manager was refused and the agent hung up on me. I reported this company to my bank stating unauthorized user.
