Raretou offered a pet carrier product on their website and offered a discounted promotion. I paid for the product and received a tracking number. When the product was finally "delivered", I received a hat instead. Seller claims that it was not their product and later on claims to no longer sell products from their store, since it closed down in August. Seller is refusing to refund my money and is still offering this promotion on their website.
