I reached out to have an iPhone back screen repaired. I called the phone number listed on google then an automated text message came. We chatted about fixing the phone I sent a payment of $45 to cash app. Went to the appointment and could not locate the business tried calling the number or texting. No response. Days later he replied saying the system was down and said he would refund my money. This has been over a month and today finally he told me he was not refunding me after saying multiple times he would. I have all saved messages between both of us clearly stating he would refund my money. It’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle.
