I ordered some items from their online store on the 17th of January. On February 1st they emailed me saying my items had been shipped, but the tracking code told me USPS was still waiting for the item to be dropped off for delivery. It has been over a month and the item is still listed as "Pre-Delivery". They later sent me an email saying the package was delivered, and when I tried to contact them the Phone # was dead and their Business Email wasn't valid.
