I have not been able to trace a name or address used to apply for this loan. I contacted SBA for additional information but have not been given any to date.
I was notifed by SBA via lUS Postal service- letter dated March 8, 2024.
I have filed an identity theft report, Declaration of Itenity Theft form , a police resport where I live and a identity theft report with Equifax credit bureau
In total the loan authorized was $44,300.00 and has NOT been repaid by "Ratazzi Farms".
I have never had a small business nor have I had the phone number used (770-917-8768) since 2017.
