A Total scam artist

we wanted to re-do our kitchen and needed someone to do floor tiles before they install the new cabinets, my wife made a post in facebook and he offered his services, he came and saw the space and quoted $750.00 but he needed $450.00 to buy materials. so we gave him the money and agreed on a date... the day came and he came without materials saying that he changed banks and he couldnt use his card untill the next day that if we wanted the job started he needed $140.00 to at least buy what he needed, so i went with him to home depot and bought what he needed and it took exactly $140.00. it took him 2 weeks to do half the job because he did install them but there are certain defects that hasnt been fixed like the corners are not filled theres a tile that wobbles and we have told him this. we ended up paying him the rest of the money!
plus while he was doing the tiles he conviced us that he could do the kitchen plumbing for $140.00 so we gave him the money after the tile job and he later came asking for 100 more for materials and never came back since he left with $750+$240 dollars for half done jobs.

I requested his services to repair the A/C Heater Unit, but he never did the repair, he asked for $200 for parts, then during the installation he damaged another component due to poor installation, he asked me for an additional $50 and never came back, I called him and he only made excuses and postponed the days , he even blocked me from his contacts... let's stop this people from do ir this

Contractor never completed the work he was contracted to do which was two full remodeled bathroom, an add-on closet, and new plumbing pipes. I paid individual Ramon M Cardozo more than 50% of the estimated price for materials needed and deposit. The contractor started on September 6th, 2021 and was suppose to have the job completed on or by September 24th 2021 in which it didn't occur. He barley showed up for work on days he stated he would show. When I noticed things were missing from my home and got fed up with the mess and crappy job he was doing I tried to reach out to him and noticed he blocked my number. He not only left me with a bigger issue and mess, he also stole some of my personal work tools, money, and jewelry.

8/18 was scheduled to put cement up. He was given $200. He purchased the supplies and then just left with the rest of the money. Beware.

He have a yellow van i saw the number and i call him,he can to my house he gave me an estimate to repair drywall and replace baseboard

and also paint the house we agree on $1550.00 to do the job. I gave him 300.00 deposit i have the invoice.

He told me he will start on 1.22.18 when i call him he told me he will come the next day

When i call him he block my number,when i call him from someone else number he start speaking spanish.

He's a thief stay away from him
