I was fooled by RBL legal centers into believing they would work with my mortgage company to negotiate a loan modification with a lower interest rate for a fee. They charged me $1600 per month for 4 months just to collect payments, call me once a week, and say the same thing over and over again that they spoke to my mortgage company and my case is still pending which I now believe was a lie. I got 6 months behind on my mortgage waiting for a modification decision, paid them for 4 out of the 6 months to end up with a modification that increased my interest rate in order to recoup the $12,000 I got behind on. They are misleading liars who scammed me out of a lot of money to do little next to nothing. I am very upset and feel like crying because that is money I could have used to get new windows for my home that I desperately need, and other home improvements. These deceptive thieves need to be stopped, they are literally tricking and robbing people of their hard-earned money.

I just paid RB mortgage services Inc to help save my home from foreclosure. Same address suite 200 and same number. Now I'm nervous after reading reviews. David Alexander told me they weren't a legal team. Supposed to be helping me with a mortgage reconstruction because I can't get a modification from my lender after covid payment assistance. Recently I was taken in by RBL legal centers which they promised me a loan modification for a fee (which now I know loan modification dosen't cost anything) My mortgage company told me this and federal trade commission. Anyway I paid them alot of money foe 5 months and they did nothing. Now I'm out over $5,000 and behind 5 payments on my mortgage. Jackie.

RB Legal Centers is shady scam. RB legal center is the SAME as RBL legal centers they just changed the name and took out the L. I am hurting and in a bad place and they showed me everything but when I looked online I saw RB Legal centers was the same and fake scammers. Now this company is RB Legal and they changed there name again. RB Legal is a scam and they keep changing the number to hide PH# 844-357-1633 FAX# 844-853-9165. Dont Trust RB Legal they be the same as RB and RBL. RB Legal is a scam and I will not hire them they told me they be vets too. Scammers

I've done a loan modification before and the guy Alex I spoke with did explain the process correctly, but he never gave me a price for the services and he also said he was a disabled veteran like me! He said I clicked some link on Facebook, but most people he talks to don't remember doing it just like me!

Not a legitimate company with no way to verify who they really are. RBL if you are legitimate please answer the following:
1- How do you accept Money for a loan modification with our being registered with the CA attorney general?
2- What is the name of the owner and how can we verify your business if you are real? Where are the corporate filings?

Any legitimate business would be able to let us know the answers to these questions. I was legitimately needing help and was willing to hire them but after the above could not be verified they became a total SCAM RED FLAG.

these people saying rbl is a scam must not have signed up with the right company or are confused because RBL LEGAL CENTERS in California is the real deal! they helped my family when I needed it most and did a fantastic job they actually were really helpful and everytime I called I would always get taken care of when I called, I've never done anything like this before so they made it super easy for a redneck like me to understand

RBL Legal Centers is a Total Scam and waste of money. They are NOT REAL. They are NOT a LAW FIRM WITH NO BAR LICENSE. Also they are not registered with the California Attorney general. I did research and they have no legal way of to verify themselves just a bunch of lies. Run far away before you lose money to them.

rbl actually saved my home and helped me out, I decided to contact them after having no other options and being stuck between a rock and a hard place. They're definitely legit they even updated me once every week or two until the very end.

rbl legal may be real people but they be no good. I done gave them all my stimulus money and no help at all now they be closin my case down and I will lose my home. I dont know bout the other people sayin the good things, but I know they didn't help me out at all. Dont risk your money and lose out when they be taken money from old people who are down and out.

I am a current client with them and I have had a positive experience with them. I am on my 2nd payment of my trial with my mortgage and the payment dropped by $300 a month. I am no longer behind either. I went to Mr. Cooper after my forbearance ended, and they were demanding all the payments I had missed at once. RBL helped me rid of my behind payments and got me a better rate. I am so happy, I don't understand how these people had this kind of experience with them.
I had a contact named Jason who called me every week and let me know what was going on with the mortgage. I have nothing but good things to say about RBL.

RBL legal centers is a scam! Run far from these crooks! They took 4000 from me and never answered any of my phone calls never gave me an update and Shellpoint said they never heard of them. I have reported them to the FTC and Attorney general
