At the end of August I ordered an item with expected (per website) delivery in 15-20 days. When there had been no delivery in a month, I followed up by attempting to reach them by phone 2x, was on hold for approx 45 minutes each time. Then I went the email route and got a response a week or so later indicating I was to wait, given a tracking number. Turns out item was coming from China, through customs, etc. When the package came, it was an oven mitt (I had ordered a composting toilet). I emailed my concern. They emailed they would resend correct item, different transportation method. Tracking number sent a week later. Progress from China in late October, last entry was 11/22/21 indicating the item was in my home town but “delayed” . A few emails later, the answer I am being given is “shipping is in order, please wait”. I have requested a refund from them (no reply and certainly no refund). Currently working with my credit card company. Even the mention of ScamPulse.com contact hasn’t resulted in a response from RCLERP.
