In this position, you will be accountable for coordinating and controlling the shipping and logistics functions for our clients, ensuring on time and cost-effective delivery of products. Your obligations will include interacting with carriers and clients, preparing and reviewing shipment documents, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues which may occur.
As a WAT Shipping Forwarder, you will have the flexibility to function from your own residence, and we will supply you with the required instruments to complete your tasks successfully. You'll send reports straight to the manager and will also be expected to maintain frequent communication with your staff and clients via e-mail and phone.
