In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the shipment and logistics processes for our clients, guaranteeing well timed and cost effective delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include communicating with carriers and clients, organizing and examining shipment documents, tracking shipments, and resolving any problems that may arise.
As a WAT Shipping Forwarder, you will have the ability to work from home, and we will supply you with the necessary instruments to complete your chores effectively. You will submit reports directly to the manager and you will be expected to maintain frequent connection with your team and customers via email and phone.
