I ordered a gift for my granddaughter. The company says it was delivered. It has not been delivered, in fact the UPSP has no recollection of ever receiving the product. The tracking number is not a valid tracking number. I have corresponded by email and they are offering a refund since I didn't get the product. They started at 30% and now are up to 50% because I keep refusing them. I have called them out and told them they are scammers and I am trying everything to find out who this is.
