Calls my home and cell 5 times per week claiming to have all cash buyers for my home not on market and asks if I know others interested in all cash only sales. The calls always come from different Westchester County numbers but the voicemail callback number is always the same and often mailbox is full. Voicemail identifies with name Manuel and instructions are in Spanish as well. I have asked multiple times to be removed from calls. Today I decided to play along and the info he provided
