I am a real estate agent and this person contacting me to get a valuation of a parcel of land. After doing my diligent research, I learned that the person they were pretending to be is deceased. I contacted the deceased's daughter who now owns the parcel of property and she told me another agent recently had the same experience. They appear to be trying to sell this parcel falsely.
