This person uses constant contact to convince others that he is knowledgeable in real estate and also for a few, willing to teach you how to become successful. With cash paid, the person refused to then teach and also give a refund as well. I presume that there are others out there. Within the years, subjected to the same crooked act. The with constant contact, promising to help assist with making it into the real estate business, but failed to follow thru with the business plan, after requesting over the years, thousands of dollars from his “students”.
