Received watch and was billed for postage and later charged again for $98.00, the cost of the watch. A few weeks later, I received a second watch and was billed for another $98.00. When I called the company, I was told that I had signed up for a monthly order for a watch each month! Also, that the first watch was to be returned within 15 days or I would be charged. I never received an email explaining these terms. When I asked for a manager, I was told no one was available. Upon investigating this company, I found many, many other complaints the same as mine. I am 84 years old and feel I have definitely been scammed. I also found they had other branches with different names. One is Smooth Sailing based out of Florida. Another is Luxrylux based in Texas. They claimed they would cancel my account upon receipt of the second watch being returned but that I am responsible for the payment of the first watch.
