The scammer contacted me giving his name, a phone number, email, claiming to want a concrete driveway repair for the property at 8647 Log Run Drive South. Clermont IN. I gave him an estimate and stipulated a deposit of $1,800 was required along with a signed contract. He was going to pay via credit card, after attempting to pay by virtual check that I declined. At the very end of the transaction I was about to process payment and the scammer, that went by the name Sgt. Donald Hudson, requested that, he was going to send the same amount as the deposit and for me to send it to the ex owner.

Being that I went to a university college where I studied Cyber Security I knew this to be a scam and stopped communication immediately.
