I too got the runaround trying to return 2 items. $278.00 not yet refunded.
The only customer service contact is through email.
Then lots of back and forth about what was wrong with it.
Poor Quality says it all.
It's junk and I want my money back.
Had to ask for "permission" to return, also had to ask for the return address.
Their response was I must send a tracking number because it is too difficult for the warehouse to find it.

Absolute [censored]. There is no customer service. They are customer sadists.
The following pretty much sums it up. This is an email I sent to them three months ago:

Your website says that items are returnable for a refund.
So far, that's a lie.
How disrespectful can you possibly be?
I've never seen such an ugly, insensitive, callus, arrogant display of bad business practice.
How dare you ask for my Wife's personal information? Her weight and size? She doesn't LIKE the FIT.
You explain why you need to know more.
You will provide a %15 discount if she does as you instruct and give the dress away?
She didn't buy the dress as a gift. Telling her what to do with it is again insulting. No. Not acceptable.
You want photos of "The product status"?
As you are completely distrustful of customers, why are you in business?
She tried on the dress. She didn't like it. She put it back in the box. That's all you need to know or react to.
She didn't wear it while changing a car tire, roofing a house, cooking, or pouring concrete. Who do you think my wife is?

I ordered $200 worth of items. When they arrived, every single item had it's tags cut off, which is highly suspicious for a company claiming to be selling "real silk". I asked for a return label, they don't make it. I asked for a return address, and had to then literally explain in detail WHY I wanted to return things. The fact that labels were cut off was not enough for them, they tried to explain to me that some clients ask for that and so they decided to do it for all orders. I finally got a return address, and was told to send them the tracking number. In my hurry to finally get that **** returned, I forgot to get a tracking number. I was told that maybe they'd be able to find it after a few weeks when the warehouse has scanned other returns, and they find items not matching those returns. It's now been 3 months, and they're telling me that not a single package has arrived that wasn't attached to another customer. There's no contact number, the only email I have is their customer service one, and since they're in China, I highly doubt I will ever see any part of my $200 again.
