I ordered back in November, not realizing that this product was coming from China, to begin with. The pictures are beautiful of dolls I was ordering for my grandaughters. These dolls had hats, different clothes and little pet animals. I ordered 3 of them for $39.99 each because they looked of good quality. What I received are cheap dolls that looked like they were won at a carnival...ugly, cheap dolls. I did send an email to customer support because of how long it took to ship. They did answer blaming it on the Covid situation. I have requested a refund. I doubt that I will hear from them again.

I ordered two dolls from this company and received two dolls that were very cheaply made, did not look anything like the pictures and did not come with all of the accessories ordered. After contacting the company, they said they would refund it if I sent it back and paid for shipping myself. I paid $84.98 for both dolls and shipping will cost over $50 with no guarantee of an actual refund. I also have pictures of the dolls that were advertised.
