hi, I purchased 3 items from them in November, 2020 and only received two items in January ,and they were not as pictured. I attached the picture of what they sent me which looks like they are from a dollar store. I paid $123.99 for the items which were , Panda bear, Dania $52., Koala Micaela, Koala003, $42., and a Waldorf doll called Alayna , $39.99. These items that they showed and I thought I was getting, are pictured on their website Realistictoysbyemma.com. As you can see the items are not what they sent me! I tried contacting them 4 times and they do not answer. They must have stolen these pictures from someone else and put them on their website. I contacted PayPal on this dispute and so far they have not refunded my money. If I would have checked the reviews on this company under Trustpilot.com I would have seen 185 negative reviews stating same issues as mine and realized this company is from China and would not have placed an order. please take this business out of service! any help is appreciated. thanks

I bought two stuffed dogs online after viewing the website realistictoysbyemma.com. The online photos were professionally shot and each dog looked realistic and were posed in various cute shots and were 100% misleading. Two dogs costing $78 and $66 arrived that were not what I ordered. Not only were they the wrong dogs and sizes, they were cheaply made and very poor quality! Something you might find in a dollar store for maybe $2.00. I have written customer support twice with no response. There is no contact phone number. Return information is incomplete. Do not buy from this company.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. The products/toys look NOTHING like the website at all! THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO LOOK VERY REALISTIC HAND MADE BUT TAGS SAY ITS FROM CHINA. THESE ARE CHEAP TOYS SENT FROM CHINA! WEBSITE SAID THEY ARE HANDMADE BUT THEY ARE NOT!
