This person is pretending to be a local tattoo artist on Instagram. In order to make an appointment you have to cash out a deposit of $100 after my appointment was made he lets me know that the tattoo that I want is going to take longer than he expects and I will have to book for a second day I paid my second day deposit to secure my second appointment then the person told me that I sent the money to old cash app of he is and started to give me information for a new cash app I explained that I was not sending any more money until I got a refund he stated that he contacted the cash out company for me to get a refund next thing you know he blocked me and deleted the conversation. I have this screenshot along with the entire conversation before he deleted it also have a screenshot of the second payment as well
