An individual contacted me after I completed an inquiry on Yelp for an agent to assist me in finding a rental home in Tennessee. An individual contacted me under the name of Peter Roberts. He said he had a property (*** ***** ******* ************ **** He said the rent would be 1200.00 per month. He used two phone numbers 4********* and *********0. The emails the individual used were ********** and re*************@gmail.

The individual has my email address and my name. I did not send an id as requested. Nor did I send the rental application with pertinent information and application fees of 150.00. They requested deposit of 1200.00 and rent of 1200.00 for a total of 2550.00. I found the property on zillow and discovered this was fraudulent.
