They say that they have a person to purchase your time share for a decent offer price. All the Paperwork looks legitimate. Then at the end when it comes time to fund for the close of escrow, they ask me to wire money to a foreign bank just to cover the transfer fees charged by the foreign time share company. I asked if there were any other ways to make the payment, such as Credit Card, or paypal.com or even to use the base Time Share company as a holding company until the transfer is completed, but they wouldn't accept any other way of payment. Sounds like a scam and in reading online there are a few other scams that are like this posted. These 2 companies are working together
