I contacted the number 1888-897-6167 that appeared on the website as an enterprise reservation company. To rent a car for April for 1 day, the staff Nancy with ext 7204 answered good afternoon reservation, I asked what company they were from and they told me enterprise. It turns out that they told me I had a special this month if I reserved it with Amex but I told them that I didn't have that card and that there was another option, they told me that if I bought a card at CVS or Walgreen that said Amex I could reserve it. I bought the card and called again, asked for ext 7204 and reserved a car. They gave me a confirmation and told me that I would also receive the confirmation by email. Which I never received, I called them again and at that point the supervisor name Shane came to the phone and toldme to apologize but there was a problem with the card because it was a gift card and they couldn't accept it. He said that for the inconvenient next time he will honor 3 days rental free. It turns out that I called amex and apparently the balance was 0. They never refunded my money nether the reservation. It does not stop there because it was a gift card you need to get another type of card and they will have my money cash on the rental place. never happend total lost $700.00 between the 2 cards
