I placed an order online for some pool furniture which I never received. They sent me a tracking number as well as a confirmation number. When I contacted them after I didn’t receive the item they promised it was on the way. After another week I asked for a refund. It was then I realized this was a scam as they continually offered me excuses about why they were unable to refund me my money. They said they were experiencing issues financially and could only provide me with 50% refund. I told them I would submit them for fraud and it was then they agreed to refund the whole amount which never occured.
