Similar - my address came as "invalid." Calling the phone to check why, you get an automated message to send a FAX to clarify the complaint. My address is a simple number and numbered street in Brooklyn - it's been the same address for about 200 years.

It was just for a few bucks, and they are making the capability to give rebates next to impossible and making sure getting a few dollars is not worth your time.

The marketing departments who work with this company are also to blame - I'm sure they're well aware that almost no claims get paid out.

I would like to see more information gathered to have a formal class action lawsuit against this company. If their sales people advertise that only a few rebates ever get cashed in, then those companies who work with rebateshq.com should be responsible as well.

What this company is doing is mass fraud.

Bait and switch. Either they say the check is in the mail and it never arrives or they say people didn't submit the correct information when they did, or they say the postmark was wrong. Lots of various ways they avoid giving the rebates. Tons of comments on this company and even a few that said they reported to the ScamPulse.com but not a single record on your site.

I sent in all the information they requested for the rebate and they told me that they received an empty envelope. I have the original receipt(and photos of it) as well as all kinds of reference numbers email addresses etc etc...and 2 emails that I have already sent them that I have no issue forwarding to you guys My rebate that i was promised was the Kitchen aid Grain mill $130.00 value. I sent in the proper paperwork and got the post card I have attached below. I then called the manager of the store where I made my purchase, he got back with me today giving me a list of information they required to be emailed to them. I sent the email and got a reply to open online chat with them. I opened that this evening and it's more talking in circles.
