Had someone reach out via Nextdoor to purchase an item. Said they were interested but would only communicate via text. Said they would have a cashiers check sent since they couldn’t be there in person to pickup and another person would pick up the item once the check cleared. Also pressured on timing since they apparently were out of state for work and were getting married soon. Grammar was off and did not feel right. Tried to continue conversation via the app but would not do so. They eventually stopped texting me and indicated they were no longer interested in the item.
