I placed on order for a 10,000 btu propane heater on their website. The company claims they shipped it. When my package arrived it was a childs small white string shirt. I sent the website an email saying l want my money refunded. And they apologized and claimed they will resend the heater asap. The new tracking number wont track without a code. They never responded to that reply email.

I contacted them several times and again they want to reship.

I have told them no repeatedly and ask for my paypal to be refunded. The last email they say they will only refund 70% deducting for shipping and bank fees! Now they replied they will refund 80% because they paid customs and shipping fees taxes.

l stated no I want all my money back! l never received my heater and l will report them for scamming me. I have all of the emails.

I did contact paypal and they refunded me but PayPal isn't at fault. I know this site knows that paypal will refund its customers and the site will keep doing it to others!

They say contact them with any issues thru this email address [email protected].

Someone needs to stop this website "company". It showed up when l googled the heater.

Made a purchase on the site and they say it was shipped and nothing happened when i tried to contact them
