They send you a product that takes double what they say and is not what your ordered and not quality the dolls cost 90 or more and they look they are worth 10 the whole thing is a scam the company site shows Utah they you find out its really China

I ordered a reborn doll-a beautiful little girl. Supposed to be handmade full vinyl and in a gift box with a cute outfit. I paid extra for 7b day shipping. I received it 2 months later and when I opened it, it was a purple avatar doll(alien). They would not refund me. They said I must pay to send it back if I want a refund. They have not offered to send the correct doll...and I don't think it even exists. I keep getting email responses from different 'names' that seem to ignore my complaint. I think they are sending these dolls to people and making a fortune off of 'incorrect' dolls sent.

I ordered a reborn baby doll online 12-14-2020 for my little girl and paid through Pay Pal $117.98 that included $35.00 for extra shipping to get Valerie Reborn doll 22 inches long and you can hear the heartbeat all shipped before Christmas.I still have not received the Valerie Reborn baby doll.The website just has a email for Rebornbabyworld and they email me saying please be patient as it takes longer in my country to get the reborn baby doll shipped.They stole my money and when I call Pay Pal with tracking numbers it doesn’t compute with their system!

This fraudulent company sells counterfeit products at a premium price and/or just never sends you the product. I ordered a doll as a Christmas gift for my daughter and they sent me a fake doll that does not even look like the one I ordered. I tried contacting them via their email and phone for three weeks with no success. Their phone number and address are fake as well.

I ordered 4 dolls Dec 7, 2020. $211. I tracked it and it said it was shipped from China and had reached the United States. That made me suspicious. So I get on the web site and they have a Salt Lake City address and a phone number with a 508 area code another state!! I have called i have emailed no response. My dolls are supposedly in California now as of Christmas Eve. Why can't these people be stopped? It is not fair.

I paid $70+ to this website to buy a ReBorn doll for my niece on November 30. It's now December 16, and I go to track my order and it says it hasn't even been shipped yet. I go online and find a bunch of reviews about this Reborn Baby World site being a scam, and about how all these people paid money and never got their dolls. I submit a complaint to PayPal, and of course these phonies then send me an e-mail that "my order has been shipped." And they gave me a fake tracking number. They're trying to prolong my refund. Don't waste your time and money with these scammers.
