I ordered a reborn doll with heartbeat and sound. I paid over $100 for the doll. It came different as pictured with no sound or heartbeat, hard plastic with hair falling out. Tried emailing the company and got no response. The number they have listed will keep you on hold for 15 minutes then drop the call. Many people complained of this website yet it’s still scamming people. What a shame.

Purchased a boy silicone REBORN doll from this site via PayPal - site said it is located in NY received tracking info and it came from CA received it and was horrified with what came. It was girl doll, not silicone and not a reborn and creepy looking. The box says Reborn Dolls on it - same image as website but is NOT a reborn doll. The shipping label says from CHINO CA. It is def a scam site and needs to be reported!!!!! More will get scammed if not.
