I ordered from what I thought was a reputable website what was supposed to be very lifelike doll which is why it was charging me $120 there was an added 20 for shipping. They sent me a doll that looked nothing remotely close to the one that I was ordering that was terrible quality. When I tried to ask for a refund they simply stated that it wasn't their fault and they could only give me 10% of my money back. I never even saw that amount.
