When my daughter expressed her desire for a realistic baby doll, I turned to the trusty Google search engine to find one. After some searching, I stumble upon Reborn Art Dolls and we found a doll she adored in their inventory. Clicking on it, I began the purchase process and I used my PayPal account to pay $84.98 on May 19, 2024. Days passed without receiving a tracking number, prompting me to email the company. However, all I received was an automated response that did not provide any tracking information. After waiting about a week and a half, I reach out to PayPal for help. They manage to obtain a tracking number, but even after patiently waiting another week, the doll was still nowhere to be found. Frustrated, I reach out to PayPal costumer services yesterday June 13, 2024 and spoke to an agent who checked the tracking number. To my dismay, it showed the doll has been delivered, yet I have not received. Despite this, PayPal had already processed the payment on my behalf.
