Dear Better Business Bureau,

I am writing to file a complaint against Reborn, a company that sells dolls online. The dolls are advertised as high-quality, realistic products that look amazing in the promotional images. However, the doll I received bears little resemblance to what was advertised, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase.

I have reached out to the company multiple times via email, requesting a refund and instructions on how to return the doll. Each time I receive a response from a different person, which suggests a lack of consistency in their customer service. Furthermore, they have not provided a phone number for direct communication, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

In addition, the company insists that I pay for the return shipping, which is unfair, considering the product does not match what was promised. I should not be responsible for additional costs to return an item that was misrepresented.

I am attaching photos of the product I received for reference. I am seeking a full refund for my purchase, as promised on their website, without any additional costs to me.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that this company addresses my concerns and provides a fair resolution.

I went to this website and got my daughter a reborn doll. I paid over $180 for this doll and it was supposed to look and feel real and when I got it, it was terrible quality. It was totally a remake and a scam do not order from this company. I contacted them for a refund and they gave me a 10% refund which was $18 of the $180 that I paid

Dollreborn website I ordered a doll I wanted that is shown to be in stock. Reborndollsshop company's warehouse shipped me a doll I did not order and I am expected to be okay keeping a doll I did not order. Cloth Body+"Heartbeat"[$10+ Off Auto Discount] I paid $120.39 for a doll that they knew they did not have. I sent a screenshot of the invoice and picture of the doll that was purchased and pictures of the doll that I received. They told me I received the right doll and I told them you guys are clearly lying. They want me to send the doll back to get a full refund but I would have to pay to ship it back. I am not going to pay for shipping when they sold me a product they never had in the first place! You can see from the picture the dolls are nothing alike they are very different.

I ordered a doll online and was given a completely different item. when I inquired about it they told me it was the same doll and offered a 10% refund

Ordered a doll for Christmas from the website. Did not receive the doll that was pictured. Website stated the only difference would be the dolls hair and access. When reached out to the company they refused to give refund.

they said it was deluvered and gave false tracking numbers and noone has a number or legit info about where the product is.

When searching on the Internet the website comes up as an official Reborn doll website. The website looks legitimate. They offer beautiful lifelike dolls and have good reviews. The website seem legit and is even using HTTPS and the security pad lock feature and secure payment guarantee! When I ordered the product I selected one that would arrive in 3 to 8 days. I received an email confirming my order. The email stated I would receive the order in 2 to 3 weeks. When I contacted the company by email. They did respond promptly to my email and asked that I be patient with the shipping process and re sent me the tracking information. It came late. The doll I received was a different model doll than I ordered. I received one of the cheaper model dolls on the website. The doll was poor quality. It looked tired, grayish color skin tone and looked like it had a rash it was supposed to be “blushing” on the face and body. When I contacted the company about the issues I had with the doll I received and why. They offered me to exchange it or a full refund. I asked about doing an exchange for the doll model I originally ordered but they could not guarantee I would receive that model doll. They offered me a 15% compensation if I kept the doll but I didn’t want the doll because it’s not the doll I ordered and it is poor quality. So I wanted a full refund. They sent me the information to do a full refund. The doll came from New Jersey but they wanted me to send it to China. It would cost $286 and a $5 fee to send it to the address they gave me. I told them I would not be paying for that shipping and asked to be sent a shipping label. They kept trying to get me to keep the doll they sent. They offered me 25% compensation than 35% compensation. I informed them that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company for fraud. They apologized for inconvenience and said the most they can compensate me is 35% or ship it back for the full refund.

THEY WILL SEND YOU A CHEAP DOLL THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU HAD ORIGINALLY ORDERED, AND THEY WOULD TRY TO MAKE YOU LOOK CRAZY WHEN THEIR CONFRONTED ABOUT THESE PLASTICS FAKE DOLLS. BUT THEY ONLY OFFER YOU 10 PERCENT OF YOUR MONEY BACK ON A FAKE TRASH DOLLS THEY SEND YOU. THE COMPANY CAN IMPROVE BY GIVING ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS OUR FULL REFUND BACK, AND THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN THEIR ENTIRE SITE. SHOULD BE ASHAME RUINING THESE KIDS CHRISTMAS SELLING THESE FAKE PLASTIC DOLLS!!!!!!!
