Finally after trying every department threw their site, I finally got one response, they did not want to send me the right doll, or refund my money?
Finally after several tries, I get a response offering me $5.00, I disagreed, then they offered me $15.00 I disagreed again, and asked them again to either send me the doll I ordered or reimburse me in full my money $56.98, which included 10.00 shipping, and I received another response saying, they would pay half my shipping of $28.50?? That makes no sense when my shipping was $10.00? The doll I did get is not realistic what so ever, I ordered a blonde, curly haired boy, and I recieved a straight brown haired girl, the cuteness of the two dolls is not even comparable, nothing like the video they represent themselves with. I have now turned them over to ScamPulse.com (Better Business Bureau) I'm hoping for a fair outcome, and also to get the word out so they don't take advantage of other innocent people. I hope these amateur fakes get caught, please help pass the word. I got them off fb advertising at Christmas, Realisticbaby is putting the word out as well.
