My Daughter has been wanting a life like baby for quite some time now. I saw an AD on Facebook advertising Lifelike reborn baby dolls. the photos and product details were what i was looking for so I decided to buy a BOY doll labeled as "David" for my daughter. I ordered the doll December 1st of 2020, I paid $25 extra dollars for express shipping because upon checkout it gave you two different shipping options. free shipping that would take 3-4 weeks or express shipping ($25) that would take 2-5 DAYS. It took 4 weeks for my order to come in. I received my order on December 21st and My daughter and I were very disappointed to say the very least. I spent $140.00 and was expecting a BOY doll that was full silicone/vinyl and weighted to feel lifelike. He was supposed to have short straight brown hair. the doll we received wasn't proportioned at all. It is very cheap quality and is wasn't even the same doll we ordered. they sent us a girl doll with girl accessories. this doll has long curly black hair, its light as a feather, and honestly looks like it came from the dollar store. I called the company several times for several days. I would hold for exactly 6 minutes and then it would disconnected. this happened well over 20 times. I emailed them several times about a full refund including a shipping refund. they gave me the run around every time. When they responded to any of my emails, they would reply with the same automated message or they would respond and give me the runaround.

I finally got an email from them Stating that they would process a refund of $25 usd for express shipping. keep in mind that i asked for a FULL refund. They stopped responding to my emails after that and I have still yet to receive any type of refund from them. This business takes advantage of its customers and is extremely deceitful with their advertising. i found several reborn store sites that this same company runs and they use the same pictures for each of their Websites. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this website as it is a scam and you will be very disappointed with the product you receive.
