Fake Website and Product

Got this ad on either IG or FB and was pretty excited. I ordered 3 headbands, but upon getting them, I realized that the products sent were not the ones advertised. I immediately reached out to customer service and left a review on rebrise.com (however, my review does not exist on their site). You can see from my email exchange that customer service does exist, however, they are trying to not follow their website refund policy (see other attachment).

Ordered from this site from an Instagram ad. The comments seemed real so I looked on the website. It had 500+ "happy customers" and stated 7 day customer service. So I ordered a headband to try it out. After I ordered, it asked me if I wanted to add another headband. I said no, but it added one anyway. I contacted customer service. To this day, no response. Looking closer, the entire website is fake. There is no customer service number (the page says not found) . Their email is unresponsive and I found that all their reviews are stolen from Amazon. They are using the pictures of someone else to advertise the product. This website is a scam. IT also says it ships from the United States but the tracking number is from China. I will be surprised if I get this product at all. These headbands are available on other sites for $4-5.
