Ordered transmission, were told it shipped out but after 2 weeks we never received it. We called and were told they had the address incorrect and it got sent back to them, and that they would correct the address and get it sent back out the very next day. We requested numerous times for tracking or a bill of lading number and they would never provide the information or couldn't find it, or only the office lady could get it but she was never there. Thye started avoiding calls and then would only respond via text, until they just stopped communicating. They had excuse after excuse and we were promised numerous times that we would be provided inforamtion or refunded and neither have ever happened. After almost 4 weeks and $1400 paid we have yet to get in contact, get a refund or recevie the transmission that was purchsed. After looking more online, I have found about 4 different phone numbers for this 1 establishment and numerous others that have posted complaints about the same issue.
