I received an email from the Dahlman KB Corpo containing a PayPal invoice from the Bitdefender Company for Internet Security totaling $448.14. I never placed this order. In the invoice a telephone number was listed if I wanted to reject the order. I called to reject the order and was asked for the invoice number and the company name which I provided. When asked for my first and last name, I refused to give that information because I did not want to provide any information that was not already known and person I was talking to hung up. Approximately 2 hours prior, I had entered a sweepstakes Lottery through AARP for a pair of free tickets to a Broadway show. AARP confirmed sending the email offer but in the email there was an *stating that this was not an AARP website and the host organization would follow its privacy policy. The fact that I received the phony invoice shortly after entering the AARP email sweepstakes leads me to believe there is a connection through the host organization, whoever that might be.
