Vanguard Parking charged $69.55 for parking, issued 11/26/24. My wife didn’t notice the sign when she ordered from a restaurant (we have the receipt). Total time parked: 32 minutes. Worse, the next day on 11/27/24, Vanguard issues a late fee to total $101.65. There is no conceivable way to have received the initial notice. This cannot be ethical. Further, upon contacting them via their dispute site, they denied to review the case. Their phone number to speak to a representative does not work.
